Session Description:
Working in higher education, we have a duty to make sure that our web content is usable and accessible to everyone. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines give us a good place to start, but we need to take the time and effort to do things properly from the start. Accessibility is not something that can just be tacked on to a project at the very end, it needs to be built in at the foundation, and it needs to permeate all aspects of that project.

What is WPCampus?
WPCampus 2017 was the second annual in-person conference for the WPCampus community, a gathering of web professionals, educators and people dedicated to the confluence of WordPress in higher education.
